How to commission me
Send a DM or email: If I don't reply within 48-72h, try reaching me through another platform, messages sometimes get buried!
Describe your idea: The more detail, the better. References and even rough sketches help me understand exactly what you're picturing.
I send quote & timeline: Your quote depends on the complexity of the piece. Turnaround is usually 2 weeks to 1 month, except in unusual cases.
Payment: I send you the bill through Paypal or Stripe. I'm more comfortable charging 100% upfront; if that's not possible, we can arrange 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
Sketch approval: Before moving to final art, I'll send you a sketch to make sure we're heading in the right direction and you're happy with the final result.
Final illustration: You'll receive the finished artwork in full resolution, in the agreed file format.
Terms of Service
By commissioning a piece and completing payment, you agree to the following terms between you (the Commissioner) and Inés Melgá / Inknes (the Artist).Delivery
You'll receive an unwatermarked digital file in full resolution. Physical copies are not included or shipped (unless discussed).Currency & Payment
Prices are listed in €. My preferred payment is 100% upfront; if that's not possible, we can arrange 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. Payment platforms handle currency conversion if needed.Accepting or Declining Work
I reserve the right to decline any commission I'm not comfortable taking on.Sharing & Portfolio Use
Unless we agree otherwise, I may share the finished piece publicly, on my social media, in my portfolio, or as an example when advertising similar commission types.Refunds & Cancellations
Once payment is completed, the order can't be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled. Please double-check that all references, instructions, and details are accurate before confirming, revisions are limited and granted at my discretion.Restrictions on Use
Editing the artwork with hateful intent (hate symbols, captions, etc.) is never allowed. Any other kind of alteration should be discussed with me first. The artwork may not be used to train or run through AI/machine-learning image tools, and may not be minted or sold as an NFT.Copyright & Usage
Personal Use: Unless otherwise agreed, artwork is for personal use only, it can't be reproduced, sold, or used commercially (including as merchandise) without my written consent. I retain full rights to the artwork. You're welcome to post it on social media, use it as an icon or banner, etc., with credit. You may not claim authorship.Commercial Use: If you're looking to use the artwork for business purposes (products, branding, wider distribution), check out my Licensing page to find the option that fits your project.
